Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in with Telegram we receive your Telegram user ID, your first/last name, username (if set), and profile picture URL. When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile picture.

Activity. We store records of the videos you save to favorites, the videos you have unlocked or watched, your subscription status, your credit balance, and your top-up and access-fee history.

Session & device. When you log in, your browser gets a random session token, kept in an HTTP-only cookie; we store only a hash of it. We also record the IP address that started the session and your browser’s user-agent string, from which we derive a short device description (browser and OS). A session stays valid for 7 days from sign-in, or until you sign out on that device. We use these records to keep your account secure. If you think someone else has signed in to your account, contact us and we can end its other sessions.

Payment data. Top-ups are processed by Xendit (e-wallets and QR payments), by PayPal, or in Telegram Stars through Telegram. We never receive your card number, your e-wallet or PayPal password, or your PIN. Each provider sends us a notification about your payment, which we keep: the channel, the amount, its status and a transaction reference, and, depending on the provider, the payer’s name and a masked account number (Xendit) or your PayPal name, email address, payer ID and country (PayPal). For Telegram Stars, Telegram sends us only the amount and a payment reference. We use this to credit your account, to resolve payment problems and refunds, and for accounting and fraud prevention. These amounts are access fees for the Service — hosting, bandwidth, and delivery — not payments for content; see section 3 of the Terms of Service.

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• Deliver videos you have unlocked, or that your subscription covers, to your Telegram chat.
• Process top-ups, subscriptions, and per-video access fees.
• Personalize your home and favorites, and remember what you have watched.
• Maintain account security and prevent abuse.
• Provide support and respond to your enquiries.

Trendy Drama works alongside the Trendy Drama Telegram bot. When you link your Telegram account, the bot can send videos you have unlocked directly to your private chat. The bot only reads messages you send to it (such as /start, /login, /link, or a 6-digit code) and only sends messages in response to your actions on Trendy Drama. We do not access your Telegram contacts, groups, or other chats.

Telegram controls that channel, not us. If Telegram restricts, blocks, or bans our bot, group, or channel, delivery stops and messages it has already sent may be removed from your chat — see section 6 of the Terms of Service.

We use a small number of cookies. Two are strictly necessary: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a role hint cookie used by our routing middleware. If you choose a language, a preference cookie remembers your choice for up to a year. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages may keep short-lived flags in your browser’s session storage to avoid repeating one-time redirects.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Telegram — to deliver videos to your chat when you sign in with Telegram or link your Telegram account.
• Brevo — our email provider, which delivers the emails we send.
• Xendit, PayPal and Telegram — to process payments (Telegram for payments in Telegram Stars). Each handles your payment details under its own privacy policy and sends us the payment notifications described in section 1.
• Google — when you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and tells us the basic profile information listed above.
• Hosting and database providers we use to operate the service.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. One-time codes (login and link codes) expire automatically within minutes. A sign-in stays valid for 7 days, or until you sign out on that device; the record of each sign-in, with its IP address and device information, is kept with your account data.

Your account page shows your account details and the logins linked to it, and lets you link Telegram. You can sign out of the device you are using at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, unlink a login, end your sessions on other devices, or delete your account, contact us using the details below.

Trendy Drama is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
