Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Trendy Drama. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You can create an account by signing in with Telegram or Google, or by using the Telegram bot login code. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure, for activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your contact details current. A sign-in stays valid for 7 days, and you can sign out of your device at any time. If you think someone else has access to your account, contact us and we will end its other sessions.

Trendy Drama runs on credits. You buy credits by topping up through one of the supported payment channels (e.g. e-wallets, PayPal or Telegram Stars), and you spend those credits to unlock access to an individual video or to start a subscription. Current rates are displayed on the top-up and video pages and may change from time to time.

Credits pay for the Service, not for content. A credit covers our cost of operating the Service on your behalf — storage, bandwidth, indexing, and delivering a file to your Telegram chat. It is not a purchase, sale, licence, or rental of any video, and it transfers no rights in any content to you. Where the Service uses words like “buy”, “purchase”, or “unlock”, they are shorthand for paying this access fee. Nothing you pay is collected on behalf of, or passed on to, any rights holder.

Subscriptions are sold as fixed terms (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and do not auto-renew. A subscription is a period of access to the Service, not a library you come to own. Your access ends when the term expires; you can subscribe again at any time. New subscriptions made while a subscription is still active extend the existing expiry date.

Because we do not own the content, any video may become unavailable at any time — for example if a rights holder asks us to remove it. We do not guarantee that a particular video will stay on the Service. If one you unlocked is withdrawn before you were able to watch it, contact us and we will credit you back in good faith.

Payments are processed by Xendit, by PayPal, or in Telegram Stars through Telegram. By topping up you authorize the relevant provider to charge your chosen payment method. Trendy Drama does not store your full payment credentials. Top-ups that fail or are cancelled will not be credited to your account.

For payments made in Telegram Stars, please contact us directly — Telegram support cannot help with purchases made through our bot. Send /paysupport to the bot, or email us at the address below, and we will handle it ourselves.

Every amount charged is an access fee for the Service, as described in section 3. No part of it is a payment for content, a royalty, or a sum collected for any third party.

Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the access they pay for has been used or a subscription term has begun, because the fee covers service costs we have already incurred on your behalf. If you believe you have been charged in error, or a video you unlocked was removed before you could watch it, contact us at the email below within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Telegram Stars payments can only be refunded in full — Telegram provides no way to return part of one. Where a top-up is refunded, the credits it added are removed from your balance. If you had already spent them, your balance may go negative, and the shortfall is settled by your next top-up before any new credits are added.

Delivery is the service you are paying for: videos you have unlocked, or that your subscription covers, are sent to your private Telegram chat by the Trendy Drama bot. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure and for maintaining a working internet connection. We are not responsible for downtime, rate limits, or other failures of the Telegram platform.

Telegram can block or ban us at any time. The bot, group, and channel we deliver through belong to Telegram’s platform, not to us, and Telegram may restrict, block, or permanently ban any of them at any time, with or without notice or reason given. If that happens, delivery stops and access may be lost entirely — including videos already sent to your chat, videos you have unlocked but not yet watched, and the remaining time on a subscription. Messages the bot has already delivered may also be removed from your chat by Telegram.

Where we are able to, we may set up a replacement bot, group, or channel and announce it through whatever channels are still available to us. We do not promise that a restoration will be attempted, that it will succeed, that any announcement will reach you, or that unlocks and subscription time can be carried over. You accept this risk as a condition of using the Service. Where a ban cuts a subscription short we will consider a good-faith credit for the unused time under section 5, but we are not liable for the interruption itself or for anything Telegram does.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, redistribute, re-upload, mirror, sell, or publicly perform any video or other content obtained through the Service. Paying an access fee gives you no rights in the content, so there are none for you to pass on to anyone else.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or rate limits.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party, or to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measure.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in ways that exceed normal personal use.

Trendy Drama does not own the content available through the Service. All videos, artwork, cover images, titles, logos, and trademarks that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners and rights holders. We claim no ownership of and assert no copyright over that content, and its presence here does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

What you pay for is access to the Service — hosting, indexing, and delivery — not a transfer of any rights in the underlying content. You may view content for your own personal, non-commercial use only while your account is in good standing. No ownership or licence in the content itself is granted to you, and no other rights are granted.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email us at [email protected] and we will review the report and remove the content where appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If your account is terminated for a violation, any unused credits or remaining subscription time may be forfeited.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us at the email below.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any particular video will remain available.

The Service depends on third parties we do not control — Telegram above all, and also our payment, hosting, and database providers. We do not warrant continued access to any of them. A block or ban of our Telegram bot, group, or channel (section 6), or the withdrawal of content by a rights holder (section 3), can end access without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendy Drama and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the access fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continuing to use the Service after we publish updated Terms means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trendy Drama is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
